What you are seeing
- #: hour index (day or night)
- Start / End: the window boundaries for that location and date
- Ruler: the planet governing that window
- Day / Night: computed from separate temporal hour lengths
How practitioners use it
- ✦Pick the window whose ruler supports the intention (Mercury for negotiation, Venus for harmony, Mars for cutting/force, Saturn for binding/limits, etc.).
- ✦Then add constraints (Moon condition, aspects, dignities) using Election/Search — this is where serious work begins.
